Better still, it offers near-live video highlights, allowing you to watch goals and important plays just after they happen. You can watch full game highlights once the match has finished.
You can personalize MLS Matchday so you get information related to your favorite team. Select your team and you'll get all the latest news, photos, Twitter mentions and roster details. The app even plays chants of every team you select!
Another neat feature of MLS Matchday is the MatchCenter, which lets you view the location of the stadiums in Google Maps, as well as giving you details of pubs in both cities where you can watch the games live. MLS Matchday even has a call button so you can phone the bars ahead of time and get more details!
There's plenty more stuff within MLS Matchday, including daily video bulletins, goals and match highlights. There's also a podcast that fills you in on the latest events in MLS.
MLS Matchday is an awesome tool for soccer fans to follow their teams. There's very little to fault with the app, apart from the fact it doesn't provide live video - but maybe that's asking for too much!
